Well,if you wanted it to be like them as brother and sister then they should be able to fight as a team,also give hints that there like brother and sister like saying "They act like they've been with each other since birth"or"Such great siblings" if you wanted it to be romantic you would put something like a kissing scene example:"He then softly grabed my back and pulled me up to his face gently touching my rosie cheeks,as i began to gaze in his eyes at that moment we fell in love.Sealing it with a kiss" but it's not stupid if you make them like brother and sister,your the author.So you make the feelings,emotions,embracing action and combat.Its your choice,so do what you feel the reader would like better.
