*well yesturday i did 100 sit ups 100 bench presees then went 2 help my mommy lift some couches and chairs and dere Heavy then i was stupid and went to help my daddy and bro with dis big mettle thing that gose in ur car a called a rack with out restin my arms and soo when i wnet to play i picked up a a mettle stick dat me and my friends made to look like a sword and didn't have enoph energy to lift it and it landed on my leg *owch* thou it didn't much at first i laughed it off u no i got dis hudge briuse the size of a of a half a pizza size thou a little bit longer and black blue and purple
