I don't believe in Satan, but I do believe that Thomas Kinkaid has give himself over to PURE EVIL IN ITS TRUEST FORM! He is out to destroy all that is true, beautiful, and admirable in Art! KINKAID = FIEND IN CORPORATE FORM!!!!
Whenever I pass one of his cringe-inducing shops in a mall, I have to remind myself why it *would* be a bad idea to fire-bomb it, really it would, because every time I see one I'm seriously tempted to pitch a Molotov cocktail through the plate glass. I mean, there would be a million other outlets left, I couldn't possibly get them all before I was caught and jailed, and the factories would still be cranking out thousands of horrible reproductions every day. What would be the point?
Anyway, I signed up here for a very silly reason: I've gotten in several arguments over Art recently, and want some place to post some pictures I've done... just so I can say "YEAH, I *CAN* DRAW dog!! LOOKA HERE!!!" (to be followed by taunting when appropriate). There isn't much to show yet, because I'm still figuring how to scan properly.
PS: Anyone up for forming an Anime Hater's club? Not that I hate Anime or the style, but jeez kids - don't be derivative! Develop your own style, don't copy Anime artists!

not everybody doesn't have their own anime style. you seem to have a very pessimistic view of other artists. why? it doesn't seem anyone has anything against you (except for me, right now). although i agree, many people here can't draw and copy others' style, but really. a lot of people on here are just silly 10-13 year old girls who have nothing better to do than draw, even if they're no good. lighten up.Sakunia on November 13, 2005, 10:07:21 AM

Thanks for the comment to this image! Unfortunately it is not easy for me to draw faces and this was my first try at drawing Balian! Since I am a bit rusty in drawing you must understand that I draw when I have time! I know the face is not very good but I have done better in other drawings...I would like to see your work to comment it by the way.. you seem to know what you are talking about... then we can talk...
