Hey, I'm Shadow-wolf.
SO. I've been here on FAC for a couple years now, I think since I was in 9th grade, and I used to be on here all the time for those of you who still remember. I have a habit of drawing more original characters than just fan-art. I used to put stuff up all the time, but the past year has been very time-consuming. I was part of my school's chorus (I'm apparently a REALLY good singer) so that took up a lot of my free time. That, and other matters that made my year pure bliss, and then Hell. Safe to say, I haven't really been into drawing very much for the past year. Been a little distracted.
I'm trying to get back into the swing of things, and I've been drawing again. Hoo-rah! As I've said, most of my drawings revolve around original characters. Fanart's cool, but it can get boring at times, and other times ridiculous. Anyways, now that I've put things behind me (and remember my password), I can start drawing again! Keep an eye out for more pics, and should they not be on here, find me on Myspace. I'll get you to my page if you've got a profile over there.

A beta-reader is someone who goes over your story after you and fixes the mistakes that you missed, like an editor. As for sounding insulting, you really didn't, smug was more what I thought. Oh, before I go, in your story, it helps add an enter linelike this
between paragraphs and quotations, so as to not have things run into each other. If you want, I could beta-read it for you, just a suggestion.

Hmhm, it does sound familiar, though it is much different from what you had suggested. First off, she was created by blending three (maybe four) different races into one, not simply altering a single race. How these samples of DNA are acquired shall remain a secret for now. As I explained to you, Pyrany aren't privvy to getting captured, or leaving their valley without good reason, and genetic manipulation is rare, but not unheard of. The odds events you described were far, far too high to ever happen. And with the population in the Pyrany valley, it would be very hard for anyone, Jy'ranas included, to actually get away with capturing one. The thought of gene splicing only came to me when I was done, and couldn't think of a single race for her. Shadow-wolf, you have my permission to draw my charachter lexan, as long as you put his name first so i can find it in the origionals, unless you are going to put it up on the other sub chategories, go to my profil and add a comment that tells me where the pic will be.
