Chakra moves through focus. Advantages of knowing your chakra personality depend on who you are, really. I know that's vague, but the best I've got atm.Well, the most I can say is focus really hard on the color that goes with each chakra point. Green at the heart, etc. The only other trick is to get comfortable, but sitting up somehow, don't try this lying down, you'll be out cold pretty quick, lol.
