I did read the FAC policy when I made my first account. And from the "ikilledyouparentsstrikesback." Go to his profile. It says that he's already been banned and got banned again for avoiding that ban.

Because if you've already been banned, and you make a new account, they'll ban you again for "eluding an existing ban."
