See, this is why I don't like explaining things!Uhhh! But it's her mother's fault! Mizuna wanted to have a child, but she couldn't bear children. So, the Quinking struck her a deal. Quinking used Mizuna's and her husband's blood and the result was Charlie. *yay*

wasn't born... she was... created... by a really bad guy...
It's weird, I know. But I like the idea that it makes Charlie so much different from everyone. I like people who are different.
