I get that too. I have real anxiety, all of it, test anxiety, stranger anxiety, and stage-fright anxiety. When I have an anxiety attack, I can't breathe. I can't breathe, I can't hold myself still, I cry, I get hot flashes, and I feel sick. I also can't eat for the rest of the day, and I've had so many anxiety attacks that if I stick my hand out in the air, my fingers shake because of my nerves.Blog
