Hey, I just read your comment, and I'd be glad to help. First step, is get your pic. saved to your computer, and then you can upload it here. Or, if its posted on another site, link it from here.
Anyways, login and look at the top of the site, where it says 'Fanart Central'. Right below it is your options. And, on the second row, the first one, is the option, 'Add Fanwork'. Click on that, and follow its instructions from there. From that menu there you can add stories/art. So there you go, hope I helped you out!
