to answer your question...
I used a program called Mircosoft Gif Animator. I learned how to use it by a tutorial that is on here, I am not sure that it's still up there, but it should be.
Yeah it does take a long time trying to draw every thing by hand, after the first 5 shoots of Kaine fading into the back I was like frack it, and just slowly started to erase him.
