(It's about time I wrote something real in here...)
Hey, just call me Vehred. There's no way I'm giving out personal information to a bunch of middle-school anime fans.
I got into Sailor Moon when I was little, and quickly followed it up with the desire to be an anime artist. Sadly, Sailor Moon has no appeal to me anymore... Something happens when you grow up, kiddos, and you lose interest in magical-girl cartoons. There's a bigger world that opens up to you, and you start to see Miyazaki and Escher, Tim Burton and Shyamalan. You're just barely too old to appreciate Inuyasha, but you remember the good ol' days with Tenchi. (Ah, Tenchi.)
So I started sketching in 6th grade and, like any other 12 year old, I was unreasonably proud of my work. (Unreasonably, I said. It flat-out sucked.) I kept at it for a few more years, slowly working up to more realistic styles.
This is where my biography cuts off, because this is where I got stuck.
I'm still working at it, but it is only a hobby. I have no intention to sell my soul and sketch professionally-- but at the same time, selling a few works here and there for some extra lunch money wouldn't kill me...
