It's a magnetic drawing pad that's really similar to a touch pad, but it only reacts to the right kind of metal. It's usualy used as a drawing pad to color drawings in programs like photoshop. You can even use them as a mouse. The only downside is that they are as expenisve as hell. (The one my parents got me for Christmas is about $200.)
