Hi, I just read into the requesting a new category, and the following thread was posted in the Forum by Stratadrake concerning the matter, so I thought I'd dig it out for you and just paste the important parts down (some people really need to learn not to babble on ;) )How to Request a New Category
Log in to the forums (with your FAC username and password) before proceeding; this way we can keep track of who is requesting what.
Use the "New Topic" button to post your request. Be sure to include the name of your request (i.e. the new category) in your topic's Title so that we can identify your request at a glance.
If you want, you may use the following "form" when posting your new request:

(Master > Category > Subcat, e.g. "Anime/Manga > Dragonball series > Dragonball Z")

Right, you need to put the 'Master > Category > Subcat' down. Then put "Books" in inverted commas, and write down what the book is and stuff. Hope it helps ^^

Konnichiwa, I saw your comment on the webmasters profile, and I thought I'd answer because denis is normally quite busy ^^ An art trade is like a request, but you both do a picture for each other. So, when you ask someone if they would like to do an art trade, it is like asking them for a request, but you are intending to do a picture in return for them. As for the new sub-category, when you choose your manga or whatever that you want to look at, say you want to look at Fruits Basket. You click on the 'couples' category, and would really like it if there was a cateogry for, say, yaoi, but there isn't one. You click the button that says 'request a new sub-category', fill in the form saying what the category should be called and why you want it. Then, one of the site staff will answer you by email to tell you if your category is up.Hope that helps and that I didn't confuse you too much ^^
