My Naruto OC, Yama-Nara Miyuki.

As for her outfit:
Black sleeveless button-up top, stops a good 5-6 inches over her bellybutton. Fishnet coverings on each elbow. Black skirt, split up the front. Thick fishnet shorts. Fishnet coverings for her knees. Keeps hair tied back, and leaves a single bang out infront of her left eye. Her forehead protector is worn around her neck at times, but seen hanging lazily around her waist. Her headband is that of the Village of Clouds. She also wears black fingerless gloves.

Tsunaki an Nikkiara (if you could draw her as she looks in the middle pose)are fine, but Kira needs to look 15 and be wearing the clothes under Nikkiara. Naraku is as big as the dog in the bottom picture, just she has three scars/cuts across her muzzle.
Tsunaki and Nikkiara also have forehead protectors like Kira's but they are black. Nikkiara's is around her neck and Tsunaki's is wrapped around her thigh.
