I think you're doing fine. As you said, you and I are driving the plot. I will say that 'Wolf' is going to be a hard char to deal with down the line, most likely.
I'm looking forwad to the first confrontation. We could always go back toward being on the same side later on, and chalk this up to a misunderstanding.

Hi Kiba! I DID notice. I wasn't expecting a reply for a day or two. But it's even better I can reply quickly.I don't know about you, but I think I somehow got Death Note mixed in my post. Although my poor OC- I meant for him to sound more like L, but instead he kind of sounded Kira-ish. But that's only to push the story anyway, so it couldn't hurt.
Just an option, but you could confront Ryouko. Ryouko will spit out something like "Follow your own plans, I have better things to do with my time than follow around someone who's loyalties are questionable."
The one thing I'm sure of is that it's too soon for our two chars to actually 'fight'. I think building the resentment will make the actual fight that much bigger.

I was thinking...maybe we shouldn't be straight-out enemies. That would involve us hunting each other. What if we conducted our 'investigations' seperately, until one of us stepped into the other's 'turf', which would spark the fight.
