Huh? Uuhh...I think I know what you're trying to say, but I'm not 100% sure.
But, um, after you put the text on your picture (this is what I usually do) look up at the tool bar and click on "layer".
And once the menu drops down, near the bottom of the menu there should be a button that says, "flatten image". Click on that and it will merge your layers together.
Then try to save it normally. If that still doesn't work, then click on "file" and there might be a "save as copy" button. Click on that and that should work. ^^
If nothing works, then I dunno. ^^; I'm sorry...
