In Final Mix The Text was Japanese and the voices were in English (all the new cutscenes were silent) I got it at Tekkoshocon
Axel was hard, but as long as you have Limit form, you should be able to beat him.
Also, RE: chain of memories is in all Japanese, but I had to play it to do the Zexion Battle, IT WAS AWESOME!!!!
