Finepix viewer: allows you to preview and resize pics.
If you don't have either, then i'm not sure how to do it. What programmes do u have on ur comp that allow u to edit/paint stuff?

Ok, You see right at the top right hand side of the screen where ur profile name is, there should be an option to View Gallery, Add Fanwork, PM, Logout/in.
... naturally u wanna click on add fanwork, then it takes u to a screen where you choose ur pic etc *nods*
