Umm, well, you go to the "Add Fanwork" catergory ting up by ur username. Click on the thing that says submit a single picture
Then do like, upload picture from computer
Then u shud get to the submission page
fill out everything
then click the user...umm, FAQ thing, then submit
if ur new it takes awhile for the pic to show up
Thats the best explanation i got, lol.
Oh, and for the 100 themes thing.
Go to google and type in too art themes challenge
and u shud find it, alright, byes! ^-^
