Yep! Like in my Yu-gi-oh! Deck called "Remove from Play" I gave it a plan B so I always have my opponents guessing what'll happen...For the Naruto Konoha Deck, It's the same thing. I get rid of cards to make other cards more powerful.

that's because its a powerhouse compared to the other genin cards. Its basically like a Egyption god card, powerful, yet hard to pull up or even use.
