I'm chibitarded and for those who know me I'm Kelsey...and for those who don't know me, you can call me Howie!
I'm a total Naruto fan...(can't get enought of it!)
And I have recognized that some people have galleries of their pictures where they might have all characters from anime series...and some people dedicate their whole galleries to their own oc character!
