thanks, ill tell ya wen its up :D im just getting used to all the gradient features on gimp, so my gimp pictures are gradually improving. do u watch rurouni kenshin by the way? im doing a picture of him in his battosai and wander self. its taking a long time, but its fun to do ^^

oh k kool. well gimp is free, so i guess we can't expects all those advanced features, but tthe best thing is like you said, you don't need them to create an awsum picture :D you really did a great job on your contest pic, when i looked at the bigger version, i saw all the extra detail you put it, like clothes folding and the pretty shines on the hair :D
ive got a couple gimp pics im doing now, but i don't no when i'll finish them. its weird, i usually get halfway thru a pic, then start up a new one lol im trying hard to complete my chibi inuyasha pic tho, i'm really happy wid it so far^^

yah, everything is just easier to acces and its more straight forward. i havn't used photoshop all that much, wat sort of things does it hav that gimp doesn't?
