mah, i dont think they'll change from the manga too much. And to be honest i'll lead an uproar myself if Sasuke doesn't get his revenge... I guess that all depends on what they think will get them the most ratings: Kill Itachi off and have a fangirl rave on their hands mid way through, or end his life last and finish the Anime on a high - or low, whatever... - due to Sasuke finally claiming his vengeance.
