i once saw a thing on the public channel about a guy who made art from junk yard stuff.. he said something that was really profound and it has stuck with me.. he said that anyone who CALLS them selves an artist is bogus. and pretentious... one can STRIVE to be an artist.. one can be CALLED an artist.. but labeling yourself is vanity.. so i struggle to become an artist
