there are 2 reasons for me to love those characters:
1. cute or good looking (all characters! except R.G. ; Zim ; and Plankton)
2. dark sadistic personality (on all the girls + Red Guy, Zim, and Plankton)
fav anime...
well i dunno, i don't feel deeply in love with anime, but still like 'em tho...
Doraemon (no fav characters, just love the story ^^)
Excel Saga (same w/ above)

the Grim adventures of Billy and Mandy (Mandy RULES!!!)
Avatar (well this is made in America right? yay for Azula!)

Invader Zim (i like stoopid stories :p )
American Dragon (nice stories and Jake looks cool)
