tip for getting quick uploads!!! after you scan your pic onto the computer, change it to a JPEG file. then upload it onto [url]www.imageshack.us[/url]. Change the size of the pic to (at most) 1024 X 768. Save that pic (have it overwrite the other) and upload that one onto FAC. it should only take a few seconds!!!
Hopefully it'll work (it works for me =P)
