Richard Williams is the animation director of "Who framed Roger Rabbit." He trained under the "classical" Disney animators. For $1000, he used to teach an animation workshops for animator's working for Disney, Warner Bros., etc. He put out "The Animator's Survival Kit" which is practically what he taught in his workshop. He goes through the animation process from learning pose-to-pose to animating dialog.
