Favourite manga
The only series i have really gotten into, and happy to buy, is fruits basket. I'm currently up to volume 16. I may read others, but there just ones i pick up at the library if i'm bored. [/size]
In my spare time I love to draw, and I can sometimes be locked in my room for hours :) I usually use a reference for my drawings but lately I hav been trying to draw without one (I'm finding it difficult!) I've also been using the computer alot latly (using the program GIMP) i just find that it offers a lot more freedom, and i've also been doing a lot with my new drawing tablet =)
Drawings I'm currently working on~
-A picture of kenshin and kaoru (started colouring)
-Picture of kenshin, showing both the manslayer and wanderer kenshin.
-A manga staring gohan from DBZ =) it is being done as a request from DA
-a seshomaru pic for my friend (almost finished)
-fruits basket picture of tohru and kyo (rough sketch)

One last thing, if you get the time, i would appreciate it if anyone could read and leave comments on my story ive been writing :D you can access it in my gallery.

hey there!!! (or maybe i should say こんにちわ!!!) yeah! i'm still in Japan =P it's great here (still trying to get used to the keyboards.....they're so different...for instance the apostrophe is SHIFT +7 and ; and : are separate keys...yeah....)the plane ride was fun ^_^ i got a lot of reading done, got to play Shang-hai (some kinda Asian matching tile game) and watched about 15 minutes of Spiderwick Chronicles.
i only speak a little bit of Japanese (not enough to survive here though TT_TT) there was actually one guy using the computer next to me a few days ago that was surprised that i was Japanese and spoke perfect English (i think i speak Spanish better than i speak Japanese.....)

I know what you mean. I was using paints and charcoals for a while but the price got the best of me. I made the decision to just make one solid investment and buy photoshop. That way I would never have to buy materials again. The jokes on me though, now I am trying to save up for a scanner and a computer tablet lol.well keep up the goob art work ^_^

LOL i have lived in the USA for almost 9 years! ^^ And it would be my thrid language well it might as well be my second cuz i dont know German too well i can just understand bits and pieces^^ Well learning a new langugae can be fun but i guess it all depends on how you learn it...i didnt really like learing german all over again since i really didnt enjoy the class.
EEww gosh i hated doing that photoshop editing stuff...its complicated i like the paint the photoshop has and thats about it.

im fine im alright, also the avi i found it on a site then edited it to look like Ami....didnt take much all i needed to do was make the ears black and put the black slits in the eyes to make them catlike then i colored the collar silver with purple to make it look like her collar thingy lolsafersephiroth on July 23, 2008, 9:33:23 PM
