That's the nice thing about martial arts- even if you're not a weapons person, you can still get into it. For example, Karate's literal translation is 'empty hands'. You DO learn weapons, but mostly you learn to defend against weapons. I do recommened learning weapons, though- every move in Karate just makes more sense what you do. If you're blocking a sword, and you know how to swing one, you get the full effect of the move much better.

I wasn't into anime until I caught Naruto one day. Seeing the fourth opening got me completely hooked! I was into Pokemon, but I never put it together with anime, since I'd never seen any others before that. (except for the old Speed Racer re-runs- wow that was some terrible stuff, lol)

That kind of thing happens. I had a couple bad days of work, and I was just completely on edge. Being a referee, I get insulted constantly, and at the end of the day, I'm just in no mood for it. So I can relate there, that's for sure.

I wonder what's up with my profile then. I keep it short so that loading times don't get in the way of people's comments. Other than that, I can't guess what's up with it. It's weird, just like it's owner^^'

I do a couple Death Note Rp's. I've been L, Light, my OC, Matt, Mello, Near, Rester...just about everyone, I guess 00' I'd be happy to RP if you're intersted. (A couple good RPers, roadrash and Vinca, are frequent commenters on my profile. You could check the comments they leave if you need a guideline for something. Though I'm sure you're good at RPing and just being modest, like you are with your art work :) )

I'm something of a collector. Video games and weapons are my vices (along with books). My pride and joy are my two custom-made swords. They'd be worthless to someone else, but those two helped me make black belt^^ It's strange to thank an inanimate object, but with a sword, having it in working order really does help, big time.

We all deal with frustration somehow. Art relaxes some people- me, I have to write something. Although my Negima fic is going to cause me to destroy my keyboard or something 00' jk.

I hate it when that happens -_-' For a while, my internet kept freezing, and I must've lost a dozen comments in a row. It drove me nuts.

What kind of RP's do you do? I'm not great myself, but I'm always happy to give it a try^^ Even if I don't know what show you're following, I can usually pick up on the character and do it decently.
