Hmm...to be honest, I don't know. I do know that no one can truly answer that question, because then you'd have to ask every single fangirl on the face of the earth to find out.
But I'm pretty sure that over half of them don't truly love him.
You can tell that they don't when they only like him because hes hot/sexy/cute ect. Or if they have another guy they're in love with too.
