Alrighty, well at the very top there should be a thing that says something like Wellcome (your name) View Gallery/Add Fanwork/ Log outClick Add Fanwork, then chose add fanart, flash animation (something like that, it's the first one) Then if you want to crop your pic, pick crop picture but if you want to add work and leave it the way you already have it then chose add fan art again (something like that) then I'm sure you can figure it out from there but if not just ask me.
I hoped that helped but I know that I was'nt 100% exact on everything so just ask if you need anymore help and then I'll try to make it more specific.
