omg!!!!theres this one person here says that the rules say i can't edit pics and upload them!!!!>.< but the site didn't say i could dress up dolls!!!!!

Unfortuanately, those dress-up dolls were uploaded from a site, and unless it doesn't say somewhere on that site that all material is copyrighted to them and all material cannot be distributed without permission, then I'm afraid you'll have to take those down. Now, I don't think it is against the rules to put them on your profile, but just check that just in case, okay? ;)
It isn't okay to put originally copyrighted things into your gallery because everything you put into your gallery means your drew it yourself and is copyrighted to yourself, unless it really wasn't drawn by you.
