oh and also regarding submitting art here:
Fanart Central has some rules around that
pictures shouldn't be above 1500x1000 pixels big, if they are, or are tood big regarding file size, they need to be approved by a Site's moderator, and that can be good 3 til 4 days, out of personal expirience, I tend to make my picture under the picture's dimensions so they get sumbitted directly and don't need approval or such

well depends on really:
lately there hasn't been much traffic here, but every now and then, a troll gets up here, then we have a few days of trouble before the mods and admins start to ban him, but the last major outbreak of Trolls here was back in December 2008 I think

else it's quite calm and cool here
