Hey there KBM, Thanks for the comment on Scattered Memory^_^ That was only my second attempt at painting with PS and I'm still getting the hang of it. The only thing I can really say is that if you're goin for a glowy look start with a 10% grey base and then a light version of the color want using a light wash or medium fine streaks brush. Just keep layering with the light, grey, and the darker color until you get what you want. ^_^ Rakurai!
