 If there is, then when you look over and see something that says some thing along the lines of "how will this image be used?" and there is a scroll down thingy under it, scroll down and look for something along the lines of "Viewed on webpage/computer" look for numbers beside the options and look for 72 or smaller and you will have to do no more than save the file, and submit it^^
