Hello there. Thanks for the comment on "Emerging Dragon (Colorized)". . . I used Paint Shop Pro 7 to edit the initial sketch into a colored graphic. Using the seletor tools (with the colorize option), plus paint brushs, smudging, smearing, and altering saturation, lightness/darkness of certain sections etc. It's much like doing a graphic/digital painting from scratch, only you have a picture as a background layer which you just 'paint' over.
