It is not possible that anyone who has ever succeeded did not face any struggle. In daily life, everyone faces various issues but what makes them unique is how they overcome those issues. Like everyone else, I have also faced a few significant issues. One of the issues that I remember to date is the desire I had to win a gold medal in the inter-school athletic competition and make my parents and school proud. For numerous times, I applied and failed. Previously I had won some awards which gave a lot of hope for my instructors and school management. They supported me as much as they could. My parents could not afford much, yet they still saved to buy training shoes for me. However, trying numerous times and failing made me embarrassed and depressed. It was not merely about winning a gold medal but making the people proud who care for me.

The introduction is significant because it serves as a guide for the entire essay writer. In this paragraph, the reader gets to know the tone of the essay as well. This paragraph is responsible to provide information about the topic in all aspects. It also provides background information about the topic chosen and also explains the purpose of the essay.

To start an introduction, usually, a hook sentence is used. This is an attention-grabbing sentence that is written in such a way that the reader gets hooked and is convinced to read your essay. 

In order to write a good introduction for your essay, mention the following elements in this part:
