ok, the first thing I noticed on this thing was that his neck was really long. If you cut the length in half next time you draw him, you should be good to go.

You seem to have him drawn as a teen, though he's a young adult. Try to make his chest a bit more outwards, and square to highlight this fact, as well as making his shoulders a teensy bit less relaxed, because, with the neck still being long, it looks like he's forcing his shoulders to go super duper down, which I doubt is what you wanted.

The clothes need to be more folded, and wrinkled.

The face is nicely constructed for the most part - good job on that! Of course, the only problem there is that it looks somewhat flat. Maybe some folds in his face will show the viewer that it is a three-dimensional thing? Like, definetaly around the eyes.

Fix the neck, okay.

Well, he's all slouchy and stuff because i was originally going to draw... something ELSE, but it turned out as that. it was more of an impulse drawing than anything else, so that's my excuse. fix the shoulders, got it.

Folds and wrinkles, i am not good at, but i will try.

i tried, he ended up looking like... OLD. D: the face is my favorite part :P

In a way, yes, but you're going to need to shade it a bit to fully get away from it.
