Yeah... They are Indian... it doesn't say in the book... but they are. First off their names are Indian (I know because my parents are from near India). Their first and last name (The name Parvatiand Padma, and the last name Patil are VERY common Indian names ^-^). Also in England there are a bunch of Indians!!!
