haha, yeah so you mean. no i just have this 1kilo weights for put them around my arms, so i get more weigh together. so, ive made me my own weights. they are big bottles, full with sand, evey one weights aroung the 6kilo. so ive got all in one 7kilos for every arm. hmhm, but ok, i dont do often arm training, in arms i have already some muscels ;)safersephiroth on May 18, 2008, 8:38:52 PM
