I do draw my chracters naked too, then dress them. For example, if you draw a girl in a skirt or dress, and add the legs after you drew the dress first, they can easily look wrong. When you draw her naked first, you can be sure how the legs are supposed to look like. It may take up more of your time, but the results will be better

You asked me how I did create my style. I don't want to answer with "with practice", but that probably is one of the main parts. You see, when I started drawing I was very bad at anatomy and shading. I just did not know how things were supposed to look like, is the shadow correct or not. So I just copied other works (mostly Sailor Moon). At the beginning I was bad at copying too, my lines looked deformed and unclean, but it got better after a while. I also got a feeling about anatomy, thats when I started to draw without the help of other works. It was a lot worse than my copied works, but they where all my own, so I was really proud of them. And with time they too got better, and here I am talking about a lot of time. Years. I often changed my style, big eyes, bigger eyes, small eyes and somewhere along the line you start to create your own style.
Drawing is something you have to practice, you have to take time looking up references for they are often very helpful. No matter how frustrated you get or how mean other people talk about your works, never stop practicing.
I looked at your pictures and honestly, you are on the right path. You don't shy away from drawing hands and that is something very important. Hands are hard to draw, I really hate drawing them, and people often hide the hands of their characters behind their back, but you don't. Another important thing is, draw your characters naked first, then dress them up, the anatomy could get wrong if you don't.
I am sure you will get better, it's not like you have no talent, and I am looking forward to how your drawings will change. Ah and by the way, I started drawing in Anime style about 11 years ago. I too had a loooong way to go, and I still have to learn and practice a lot of things.
