hi, I used a program called photoimpression. It's not really made for coloring pictures, it's more like for just fixing photos such as cropping them or making them lighter/darker. There are a few touchup tools though that can be used for coloring and making things shiny if you do it the right way. hope that answered your question, bye!B on July 18, 2007, 1:40:17 PM
