Ah, But there is a clause in the Constitution Knowin as the Establishment clause, which in a nutshell is the seperation of Church and state
The United States of America CANNOT make laws baised on a RELIGION or it is UNCONSTITUTIONAl and the constitution is the LAW OF THE UNITED STATES, not any Religion

Laws are not to be made to teach the population morals, as can be seen by the 18th admendment wich failed horrably and was later made nul and void by the 21 admendment

So no, you have not won this debate because it is Unconstitutional to make any laws baised on Religion

Yes I believe that people have the right to express themselves as they wish, hell, its even Unconstitutional to not allow them these rights that are ment to be given to all peoeple, If America truly believes its founding document and that "All men are created equal" What reason is it that we can take the rights away from a group of people?

And besides, they arn't asking you to be gay/les. with them, they are asking the person they love..
