No, he doesn't as far as I've read. Pein does, however, kill Jiraya which I forgot to mention. The anime goes a little out of order and has already started a filler for some reason and it has this guy named Sora. lol Naruto gets kissed in that filler. No, it's a girl. Sheesh!
