her name is Tomoshibi Rowan
and she's really happy-go-lucky and loves to pretend to be a supa secret agent~! XD

anno....my friend (FluffysPrincess2968) says i must be paired with urahara for the bleach parts of your story Naruto's Dream: One Year of Training...buut...ummmmmmmmmmmm....my OC has been having some troubles trying to actually become a real "character" D: (im lazy...the head is a blob and the body is a torn up piece of paper and her personality is that of a vegetable's)
soo...i dont really have an OC...and i havent read this story yet...
