Everyone has a different way of drawing. But I can tell you what helped me if you like.

Drawing lots helps. If you try to draw at least one picture a day, even if it's a little sketch, it helps. And practicing construction helps very much. Forget about all the details and stuff and just concentrate on the construction.

Looking at art you like is good too. Look at some and figure out what you like about it. If you like how the hands were drawn or the expression. Then try to add that to your own drawings. Not copy...but just use it as inspiration.

Drawing without reference I think is good too. Try to do some drawings with just your imagination. I only really use reference if there's something specific I need to do. Like a car or building or something.

i have just 4 pics pending...mwamwamwa i know i am lazy whats about draw
