Okay, here's her info! =D
Name: Caitlee
Appearance: Light brown hair that goes to mid-back and bright green eyes ("radioactive" green)
Outfit: Black T-shirt, denim skirt with two belts looping around it, and black flip-flops.
Random Info: Riku is Caitlee's best friend. She gets a bit upset when he pays more attention to Kari then her, but she's friends with Kari, too, so she gets over it. She's hardwork, but also a day-dreamer. The thing she is best know for on the island is not fighting (although she does do some of that), but playing a wooden flute. She is amazing at it and spends quite a lot of time by herself playing the flute. Caitlee has never told anyone or shown any sign of liking Riku. She was supposed to go on the raft with them, but when the island gets invaded, she goes with Riku into the darkness. While Sora and Ichigo are having their "Dive to Heart", Caitlee is having her own sort of thing. She dreams that she is floating above Destiny Island and watching it decay. Her flute turns bright green, like her eyes, and a voice tells her "You will be the one to hold the power of destroyed hearts". When she and Riku get to Transverse Town, she discovers that by playing her flute, she can control any heartless that she wants. Later, when Riku gives his heart to darkness, its discovered that her heart is connected to his (like Sora and Kairi's are in the game) and she sort of becomes something that Ansem can control. After the aftermath of Sora defeating Riku, she is taken by the Organization (although no one realizes this). They experiment on her to see if they can make a "body" a nobody without splitting it into a heartless and nobody. Caitlee becomes Ciaxteel. She isn't a real nobody and, despite the fact that Riku is Riku again, just basically does whatever the Organization tells her to. By becoming a Nobody, she gains new powers through her flute: she can now put people into trances. This power is very helpful to the Organization. She briefly meets Riku while he is Castle Oblivion and helps him escape, but she doesn't remember him. However, it does snap her out of it and she becomes much more personable, although she still carries out her orders without question. She becomes great friends with Axel and Roxas. She eventually becomes a full-fledged member once the numbers have dwindled and helps them attempt to gain Kingdom Hearts until Riku comes to the World that Never Was. When Kairi tells her to close her eyes and look with her heart, she sees Riku and all of her memories come back to her. And that's all I've got! Obviously, it's your story and you might not be able to do any of that, but I felt more information was better. Thanks for including her, by the way!

Ok, I THINK maybe I can resolve your confusion:
How about when they find Ashley's Digiegg, there are two: One with the crest of Harmony (Azukia's obviously) and one for Ashley, the crest of Integrity! That way, Azukia can have the egg she needs to let Nekomon Armor Digivolve, then sometime later they can find another one with the crest of Harmony so Ashley can let Puppymon Armor Digivolve into HarmonicWolfMon. Would that solve the problem and your confusion?
