First makesure ur pic is resized to something like

900X636 pxls for landscape
900X 1245pxls for portrait

Go Add Fanwork

then Picture or animation

then Upload picture from my computer

and rest should be pretty striaght forward ,... i'm not good at explaining when i can't show how to do
