While I agree I'm totally lazy, I DO, in fact have OCD (seeing a councilor and am on meds for it even) and find it offensive that you think OCD = clean. OCD is based on repetitive and obsessive behavior. While this may be cleaning in some cases, it differs from person to person. Some have an OCD problem known as hoarding where they'll obsessively keep everything, even garbage. They are FAR from clean, downright disgusting sometimes even.
I suggest you research it, it's not a fun thing to live with. :[
