That's so funny! I quit drawing for 3 years, too. Meanwhile i became a chef and started studying.
But i must disappoint you, as a game designer, you won't earn much money, too. But it's funny.
But maybe you get more money in the States. I used to work as a game designer here in germany. But who knows :)
Oh yeah and i started drawing before i could even walk. Until i was 14 i was just drawing robots.
Great Art! With your skills you could become a game designer. Just need to know some basic 3D Skills. Good Luck!

The fact that no one's discovered you by now startles me. For a 14 year old to produce this kind of shading, detail, and coloring is a sign of natural-born talent. I hope you find your big break soon. You should stick with this, all your work deserves some kind of award.

That's like me :-| I felt discouraged from drawing as well because of the business XD (Underpriced, too much competition, etc.) But hey, if I was going to spend 50 years of my life doing something, I might as well do something I like XD

Don't stop drawing at all! (4 years was a long break O_O) Pursue it even if just for the fun of doing it. You never know when being able to draw can get handy XD And good luck on your future career as game designer ^_^

I suggest making an account at Deviantart.com for sharing your artwork online. As for art education, go to some prestigious art school such as Pasadena Art Center. From there you get connections to businesses who need artists for hire. Get a major in game designs and stuff.

For a career, it doesn't matter that much if you post your drawings on sites like this one. Rather, these kind of sites just give you exposure (although not to companies and stuff.) For that, you should get your own website and establish your own studio. But keep drawing anyway, because for every job or college application you'll need a portfolio of your work :)
